Fruit of the Spirit: Gentleness Oil

Our "Gentleness" oil encapsulates consideration, compassion, and benevolence so that you can be gentler to yourself. The world is hard enough without you being hard on yourself, too.

Ways to work:

Anoint your chest, throat, & ears to help you regain or remain in natural gentleness with yourself. You can also apply prior to meditations or prayer, add to your candles, self-love altar, or place in your oil diffuser to help bring gentleness from all within your vicinity.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23
