Return and Refund Policy

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for services rendered and ALL SALES of products ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Donations are also greatly appreciated, however, please note that the return of donations and/or refunds are NOT permitted.

Shipping Policy

Please understand that everything is made fresh and by hand so processing times may range from 2-3 weeks to prepare all made-to-order and custom items. This time does not include shipping timeframes designated by the selected carrier. Mystikal Onyx and its agents are not responsible for delayed shipping by carriers and will not be held responsible for any misdelivered, lost or stolen packages. Once items are shipped, you will receive your tracking number to properly track your order. Should any issues arise with your package, you are advised to submit a claim with the carrier, as we will not be responsible for the carrier's mishandling of items nor will a refund be issued.

Missed Appointment Policy

BWe understand that life happens. You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment for a date no less than 48 hours from your missed appointment and will be charged a rescheduling fee. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Should you miss your rescheduled appointment, you will be required to reschedule and pay for a new appointment. Please be courteous of not only my time, but the time of others who would like to schedule as well.

Product Usage Policy

Our oils are made by my hands by the recipes of my ancestors, and will be charged and activated before shipping. Please test on a small area of skin before full use to ensure no skin irritation or allergies. They may contain fruit and nut products. Please do not ingest. All items are toxin-free, phthalate-free, and vegan-friendly. Keep out of reach of children and animals. I make no guarantees nor promises concerning results and products are sold as a curio only. At no time will any party of Mystikal Onyx and its authorized agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.
