Fruit of the Spirit: Long-Suffering Oil

Anoint your heart, ears, & back of neck to help you receive and maintain the strength physically & mentally to keep going. You can also apply prior to meditations, prayer, or journaling, add to your candles, or place in your oil diffuser to help you keep your divine understanding you are not being punished, you are being forged.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23
